Favre is great, don't get me wrong. I would also love to see him return...But I'm not sure that is the best thing for the Pack at this point in time...

and wouldn't it suck to be Aaron Rodgers right now?

yeah this whole thing has to be a big hit on his ego...

But if I'm Coach McCarthy and Favre comes back, I would have to start him, especially with the success they had last year with him under center..

Re: the favre saga isnt over yet

He probably wouldn't, and I don't want to see him anywhere else but the snowy fields of Green Bay in January...

But....If the Pack doesn't want him and the Vikings offered him a spot, he should go. IMO that is the best team with qb questions..Favre has struggled in domes though, but with that running attack and that line he should be fine. Wouldn't have to do much scoring anyway I don't think. That defense might be the best in the league...

if he does want to come back.......bet your ass that even if GB doesnt want him.....they keep him just to prevent him from going to another team in the division

Re: the favre saga isnt over yet

If Favre wants to come back, he will. I believe he does..
I don't think he will come back to a team that won't start him though..So if GB chooses not to then both the Vikes and da Bears are looking for a qb..

Well, the Vikes aren't "looking" for one, but come on...Tavaris Jackson is NOT a superbowl caliber qb...

Re: the favre saga isnt over yet

Brett Favre will never get the game out of his system. I just hope he doesn't come back and drag out his career too long. It would be like Jerry Rice with the Raiders, something we as fans of the sport don't want to experience again.
Looking for my Darcy, but finding only Wickham. Right now, I'd settle for Bingley.
